The Marianne Moore (1887-1972) papers include photos, correspondence, articles, writings, and interviews related to the life and work of the American poet. Her cousin, Mary Louise Schneeberger, had a daughter named Paula who attended Scripps and graduated in 1956. That same year, Moore visited the campus in October. The Edith Potter Papers include Potter's manuscripts, typed and handwritten notes, photocopies of academic literature, correspondence, photographs, awards, and microfilm.
